Course Enrollments

Courses and academic programs offered on AstroVeda are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed and the course content (video lectures, PDFs, or materials) has been accessed by the user. If you experience technical difficulties, our support team is available 24/7 to assist you.

Consultancy and Reports

Astrological consultations, horoscope reports, and custom predictions prepared by our astrologers require specialized individual time and manual analysis. Therefore, consultations and delivered digital reports are strictly non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the report has been dispatched to your email/profile.

Physical Products & Books

For any physical books, products, or spiritual items shipped to your doorstep:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To request a return or replacement, you must send an email to info@astrovedaonline.com with images of the damaged product and the packaging box.

  • Refunds for approved returns will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
